ConnectYourBot provides tools that allow users to create, manage, and connect AI-powered bots with various omni-channel platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. ConnectYourBot will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.
All implementation/setup fees are non-refundable.
If you cancel your annual plan within 1 month of purchase, 50% of the total plan amount will be charged, and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
If you cancel after 1 month, 50% of the total plan amount will still be charged as standard, plus Rs. 10,000 per month for each month of service used. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Once the bot is live and changes have been implemented as per the agreed scope, any additional modifications will incur separate charges.
For monthly subscription plans, The ConnectYourBot reserves the right to revise subscription fees with a minimum notice period of 30 days.
Any requirements or requests outside the originally agreed scope of work will be billed separately.
In the event that your WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook account is blocked or restricted by Meta for any reason, The WhatBot shall not be held responsible. For annual plan subscribers, 50% of the total plan amount will be refunded. For monthly package users, setup charges are non-refundable.
All content, designs, logos, and materials on ConnectYourBot are the property of our company. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform in any way.
ConnectYourBot can change these Terms at any time without notice. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
